We are now accepting application for individuals who are self motivated, dedicated and want the flexibility that comes from working at home with a schedule that works around your schedule.

We currently have classes forming for a Major tax software company, Theme park, Telecommunications Company, Roadside Assistance, Pest Control Company, and a Major Cruise Line.

Pay is from $9 -$16+ an hour’s depending on the client you choose to service.

The requirements are:

• Successfully pass a background check (cost is 12.50)

• Pass a voice Assessment

• Complete CSP 101 - Basic Certification Course (Cost is usually $99.00 but is on sale for $5.00 through midnight on 11/12/2012)

• Pass the Client Certification Course (Cost for Certification Course varies by Client)

• Must be a legal resident of the United States

• Must be 18 years or older

• Internet access via DSL or cable modem (dial up, wireless or satellite internet service cannot be used)

• Quiet work environment free from distractions during your scheduled work hours

• Separate analog landline telephone dedicated to receiving incoming calls with no features

• Operating Systems: Windows XP-Service Pack 3, MAC - Snow Leopard, Windows 7. Vista is not compatible with applications

• Desktop Computer with the minimum requirements:

o Processor: 1.4 GHZ or better ( 2GB RAM or better RECOMMENDED)
o Hard drive: 80GB with at least 15 GB of free space
o CD-ROM: 48X Speed CD-ROM R/W, R/W DVD, or a 3 1/2
o Sound Card Speakers: 32-bit sound card and a pair of desktop speakers, 19 inch or larger monitor.
