I have a need for cleaners and lawn care providers to help me clean out Foreclosed homes. Duties include: removing debris/furniture from the homes; cleaning the inside of the homes; cutting/edging/blowing/trimming/weed eating the lawn; removal of debris from outside the home; loading a trailer for hauling items to the dump/landfill; and changing locks on doors/placing lockboxes. Must speak and understand English. Must have reliable transportation to report for duty daily to Stockbridge, GA (but will be going out in company vehicles to perform the work). Work can range from Atlanta area all the way up to Covington, GA. Most work days are from 7-8 am to 6-7 pm. Plenty of work every day and can work (optional) 7 days a week.
I am looking to pair up groups of 2 people who can clean and do lawn care-both should be able to lift furniture when necessary.
May perform evictions with a sheriff; so good communication skills is a must. Pay is $10/hr but bonuses are available based on performance. Need to know how to operate a digital camera and have a reliable phone WITH RELIABLE SERVICE.
Reliable and Trustworthy person may get to take company vehicle home daily.
