NOW HIRING: WORK AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW IN GA-ATLANTA to SOUTH OF ATLANTA--Crews needed for foreclosure property preservation in trashouts, rekeys, janitorial, lawn care, pool maintenance, winterizations. Must have a digital camera, computer/internet access, and a mobile device that receives email (PDA).
Attention to detail, ability to get the jobs done within 24-48 hours,
Ability to document work with digital photos and send Win zipped to email- A MUST!
Duties will include: removing debris/furniture from the homes; cleaning the inside of the homes; cutting/edging/blowing/trimming/weed eating the lawn; removal of debris from outside the home; loading a trailer for hauling items to the dump/landfill; and changing locks on doors/placing lockboxes. May also be asked to perform EVICTIONS and Cash for Keys.

Liability Workers Comp Insurance REQUIRED within 30 days of hire.
