-Having a cell phone
-Must have digital camera to take before/during/after photos of all work completed (these photos must be submitted for payment)
-Must respond quickly to emails and phone calls
-Must have the ability to complete jobs by due date

Services you will be performing:
-Lawn maintenance
-Janitorial/Housekeeping services
-Padlock/hasp installation
-Debris removal
-Winterizations (where and when applicable)
-Minor home repairs
