There are 3 rooms available for rent, all of which will have their own bathroom. The house is fully furnished, so furniture is not required. All bedrooms have either full/queen size bed. Only non smokers, and neat, clean, drug-free, and reliable individuals. No cats. An inside dog will only be considered if it is spayed/neutered, and shorthaired...and gets along with my 8 month old puppy. Dog will need vet refrences to prove that it is up to date on all shots, dewormed, and on monthly flea and tick preventative. House is nestled back in the woods for privacy, so ticks will be a dog problem. $550 a month. Will consider reducing rent for renters with a lawnmower willing to cut the grass.
