Email for pics and more info, Large 3br, 1 story house, with a 6 month old 55lb puppy looking for 2 new roomates by december 1st, I am a neat, clean, college student (female), i work full time so u would have the house to yourself most of the time, i just want some one thats clean and reliable when it comes to rent. $325 and thats everything. Unless the utility bill spikes unexpectedly, which would be split 3 ways as well. The utility payments are done at intervals i.e. if the water bill comes and it $65 then we would split it 3 ways and then a few weeks later (enough time to gather up more money) the power bill would arive and we would have to split it up once again. I dont care how you keep your room as long as we clean up after ourselves outside our rooms im fine. I love hanging out occaisonally i would have a few friends over but i can assure u its rare most of the time im the one that goes out, im very respectful of your privacy. We can be friends but if you prefer to stick to yourself thats fine, i go through my days where thats all i want to do. I dont mind if we decide to throw an occaisonal party the house is kinda located in an area ideally for those, i also dont mind if you invite friends over. My biggest concern with that would be keeping in mind the other roomates and making sure we are all on the same terms or it will never work. I simply want down to earth ppl . If this post is still up then the rooms are available.
