Large Ranch home 5BR/3Ba. 2 acres of land. Quiet neighborhood. Large parking area. Current pets include both a dog a cat. A 16yo is present.
Separated need roommate(s) to help with expenses.

I have two rooms available. One is in the basement, just inside the outside entrance. It has 3 high windows with two of those giving the room a good bit of light. The other room is on the main floor. The downstairs room is a little smaller but has a much bigger closet. The upstairs room is a little bit bigger but has a much smaller closet. Both rooms have had a queen size bed with a dresser with room to walk around.

I will need to have verifiable information from you such as current address phone number. Will also need verifiable references.
The room is $600 per month payable in advance. Month to month rental requires a $600 deposit. If you want a term of 3 + months, then you will need to give me a $1200 deposit. The utilities, electric, trash, gas, water, cable, dsl, are included. There is no land line available. Neither room has a phone outlet. Either room will need to share either the bath with the household.

There is no nearby public transportation so you will need some form of transport. I require a 30 day written notice of intent to vacate I will also give you a 30 day notice to vacate. There is NO tolerance for drugs or smoking on the property. Only light drinking is permitted. I expect that my tenant to be respectful of our privacy, belongings and the house.
