This camper has not been used in about 8 years. There is one leak around a skylight that got ceiling tiles wet. I have put new sealent around all skylights with intent to fix the 3 foot square area of ceiling tile. I do not have time to fix this before selling so I am posting up as is. I can email the NADA value report to those interested. This camper can sleep 7, has refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave, bathroom toilet and shower as well as 2 sinks. It also has holding tranks as well as hot water heater. The heater is gas as well and the control/blower was repaired but never hooked back up. It has two propane tanks in front and awning on side, It has stereo with speakers from front to back. NADA places value on this camper at low range being $2,905 and high being $3,500. I would like to get $3000 out of it and will throw in the brake control for a truck. Camper has brakes on it as well as the hitch for towing and all stabilizer bars as well to go with it. It is tandem axle. Also have all original manuals that came with it.
