Here is a 27 foot 1995 Dutchmen Classic Fifth Wheel for sale for $3800 OBO. I have reduced the price and this price is still negotiable but please keep in mind Im not giving it away. This camper is in very good condition and the only reason we are selling because we have outgrown it. I will post a little information on it here in Georgia Super Ads but if there is something I missed dont hesitate to call.

The camper sleeps six comfortably.
It has ALOT of storage space on the inside.
Queen size bed in bedroom with two night stands also foldable tv tray.
Full bathroom.
Black, Gray and Fresh water tank in great working order.
6 gallon gas/electric with DSI hot water heater.
Two propane tanks
Double door closet with ALOT of storage space.
The refrigerator has been switched out with a a regular compact refrigerator but very NICE. (so it does NOT run off gas).
Tires have excellent thread.
Surround sound system that we are leaving in.
Lots of cabinets throughout camper.
Plexi glass has been put on the screen door to keep cold or hot air in so the big door can stay open all the time. Absolutely love it.
Awning is about two years old.
Pulls great.
Solid floors throughout no soft spots.
On the bumper of the camper there has been a light hook up installed to pull something small behind it (jet ski). Dont have the reciever though.
Camper has really been taken care.
Also have title in hand.
