Are you looking for a fitness program to challenge and condition your child? Is it safe for your child to play outside unsupervised? Is your child winded when walking a flight of stairs? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then your resolution is the PACK™! The Physical Activity Center for Kids- the ultimate fun, play and fitness program for children ages 5-15. We offer 45 minute group classes with a series of rigorous and fun physical activities that improve cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, overall strength, increase self-image/esteem and develop strong bones. Activities are focused on movements and skills needed to develop and master: coordination, rhythm and balance, eye-hand-coordination and spatial awareness.
