I have been in the medical field for the majority of 12
years. I began as an EMT in California and have worked up to Clinical Medical Assistant.
While working as an EMT, I have done EMS,
general transport, Intensive Care, and Pediatric Intensive Care.
I am well trained in MAVT, EKG, BLS and Phlebotomy, and perform excellent patient care.

Duties include patient care, assuring proper medications
are prescribed for patients, taking vitals, EKGs and
Phlebotomy, as well as the upkeep of records and patients charts.
While here I have worked with Endocrinology and have become
particularly well versed in all aspects of diabetes and diabetes education.

Prior to the above mentioned, I lived in New York and in
California. As with that, I had been an EMT since June of 1996.

Due to the current state of the economy and lack of employment in my fields of expertise, I am looking to expand my knowledge and find a different but equally rewarding career path.
