This is a 2 ton self contained central heating air unit. it was bought 2 years ago for some of our rental property. we had it installed by a local company and the unit has been operated about 2 hours and works great. we then later decided that we were not going to rent the house back out so i had the unit removed and took to my house for the sake of it not being stolen from our rental property.i have also included a picture of the rental property where we had it installed at. if you are interested you could also have the new duct work,but you would have to remove it.if you have any questions feel free to call me at (770) 715 9534.this is a natural gas unit.
