Bodywork therapy is a process by which the practitioner uses her fingers, hands, elbows, feet, etc.; in essence, their entire body to stretch and knead a person’s body.
Often called lazy man’s yoga, Thai Yoga Bodywork is an interactive hands on therapy developed in Thailand many centuries ago.

Thai Yoga Bodywork Therapy emphasizes alignment principles, mindful presence, safety, individual needs, and balance of the human energy body. Thai Yoga combines Therapeutic Stretching, Joint Mobilization, Soft Tissue Manipulation, Rhythmic Rocking, Acupressure, Energy Balancing, and Assisted Hatha Yoga Postures: blended altogether in a seamless sequence that can take hours to complete. For the receiver, it is like having an entire passive Yoga Therapy Session, without any effort done on their part.
