Education /Experience
Minimum 8+ years work experience in software engineering. BS in computer science or related field from a four-year college or university, Microsoft Certified Professional Developer desired.

Strong Experience with OOAD, layered architectures, design patterns, and UML.
Strong Experience in OO Programming in C#.Net and SSP.Net, MVC.
Strong Experience with Relational Database and programming, preferable SQL Server.
Experience with WCF.
In depth knowledge and experience with NHibernate.
Knowledge and understanding of design tradeoffs W/F to performance and scalability of an N-tier architecture
Experience porting of the legacy code from a client server to N-tier architecture.
Ability to work across multiple development teams
Advanced skills in the areas of unit-testing, performance analysis and debugging
Experience with Test Driven Development preferred
Experience with open source tools like Spring.NET, CodeSmith, RhinoMocks, Log4Net, and Telerik preferred.
Must have good communication skills
Must be a self started, highly motivated and able to work independently.
Demonstrated motivation and aptitude for learning new technologies. Must be able to learn new development tools and methodologies on the fly.
