Description

Must have the ability to manage others and communicate well with others, above average writing and organization skills, professional appearance, detailed oriented, ability to solve problems in high pressure situation, above average computer skills.

Job duties:
•Manage a min of 25 drivers
•Manage and measure driver performance
•Establish a good relationship with each driver
•Work with personnel to plan loads and dispatch drivers
•Manage fuel process in compliance with expert fuel

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma
-Min of 2 yrs dispatch exp
