Description

Job Duties: Collects in compliance with the provisions of the FDCPA, the FCRA, and internal performance standards in order to meet or exceed the objectives of the department goals. Skip tracing and outbound check collection phone calls. Candidate Requirements: Previous collection experience of at least 1 year, preferably in a collection agency environment. Will train the right person that has limited experience. Must have skip tracing experience. Must be self-motivated, bi-lingual a plus with the desire to earn commissions based on individual performance. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to evaluate customer’s financial situations and negotiate terms of repayment to bring account current. Will train the right person that has limited experience.
