J. Albert’s Auto Repair Services located in Ludowici, GA is looking for a Customers Service person to work in a local automotive shop. The incumbent must possess the ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic calculations and three years of experience as an office Secretary, book keeping, or store clerk. The incumbent will be required to work with customers and auto mechanics, this job will require you to schedules automotive maintenance and assigns work to repair staff. Researching parts pricing and labor estimates is part of the job, and can include working with suppliers to find specific automotive parts. The customer service person will also compile an estimated price and final bill of repairs for customers, and estimate the time needed for repairs.

A high school diploma or GED is required; vocational training in automotive maintenance and repair will be helpful. This person may be required to pick up parts and or run various errands, therefore a valid Georgia state driving License is a requirement.
