I just signed a lease but need out of it the only way is to get someone else to take over my lease.. ok not hard, the rest of this month of rent is paid, rent is due oct 1st. water and trash has been turned on that was 210, but the place does need power turned on which is 150, all this is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath trailer, not far from walmart or base.. my stuff is sitting on the living room and dining room floor so i havent even really move in i sure havent stayed there if you are looking for a place let me know asap
