The neighborhood is incredibly quiet at night (which I absolutely looooooooved!)Unfortunately with the economy I am no longer able to afford this apartment but want to bless someone else with this deal. The price is not bad AT ALL! Please be advised there is a water fee of $30.00 a month and the entire unit is electric only. This apartment community features a clubhouse you can reserve, on site laundry facility, on site playground & swimming pool, bar-b-que pits and picnic areas, on site maintenence, spanish speaking staff as well. The apartment community has access to the Interstate I-20 right down the street! $595 a month!
