I have a set of Ferretti Veneto 23s and the whole set is included. Rims, tires, AND I have a set of dust plates as well all for $1700 firm. All you have to do is repaint the dust plates to match the color of your vehicle. This is a pretty good deal with the plates included if you think about the value of all this stuff. The tires are in fair shape and they are 305/40/23 Toyo brand tires. The rims are 5 lug universal. I had the rims on my 1984 Monte Carlo and they were constant head turners.
